For our Fundraising Manager (part-time) position, we’re seeking an organized individual with strong writing and strategic planning skills to lead and execute grant applications, track donor information, cultivate donor relations, and organize events to raise resources to support our mission. This person will also be keen on growing their role and capacities over time.

• Hours: Half-time (20 hours/week, flexible scheduling)

• Location: Fowler Clark Epstein Farm, Mattapan (most work can be done remotely; some in-person meetings; familiarity with the Boston-area is preferred)

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Compensation: $35-50/hour depending on experience 

For our Agricultural Technical Assistance Manager (part-time) position, we’re seeking a self-directed, personable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented individual to provide our farmers with support and to oversee land stewardship of our urban farm sites in Mattapan, Dorchester, and Roxbury. 

• Hours: Half-time (20-25 hours/week, semi-flexible scheduling)

• Location: Fowler Clark Epstein Farm, Mattapan (mostly in-person with some remote work)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Compensation: $35-40 hour (depending on experience), plus part-time-equivalent vacation benefits
